Coveted1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Coveted, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Coveted. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy or sell.
2. The marketplace
Coveted connects independent brands with buyers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, including accurate descriptions, photos, sizing, pricing, stock and shipping. Coveted is not the seller of items listed by brands and does not guarantee any listing.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
Coveted has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory, or that promotes illegal activity. We screen posts for objectionable content, and you can report content or users and block anyone at any time. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and suspend or permanently ban users who break these rules.
4. Prohibited items
You may not list or sell counterfeit goods, stolen property, or anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break this rule. Rights holders can report infringing listings as described in section 5.
5. Intellectual property complaints
If you own a copyright or trademark, or are authorized to act for the owner, and believe a listing on Coveted infringes it, email [email protected] with: a link to the listing; identification of the work or mark you believe is infringed; proof that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner; your name, address, phone number and email; and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review every notice and remove listings we find infringing, and we tell the seller what was removed and why. A seller who believes a listing was removed by mistake or misidentification can reply with a counter-notice explaining why, and we may restore the listing. We suspend or permanently ban sellers who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
6. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Coveted charges sellers a platform fee on each completed sale, shown before you list. Seller payouts are released after the carrier confirms delivery and the buyer review window passes. Order problems can be reported from the order screen, and refunds and disputes are handled case by case.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting images, listings or other content, you give Coveted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within Coveted so the marketplace can work.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app from Settings > Delete account. What we remove and what we must keep is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Coveted is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Coveted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Coveted after that means you accept the updated terms.
