How can we help?

In the app, open your Profile, tap the gear icon to go to Settings, then tap Delete account and confirm. Your profile, saved address, sizes and follows are removed right away, and any brand listings are taken down. Order records we're legally required to keep are retained, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Go to Settings > Email and enter your new address. We'll send an 8-digit code to the new address; your email only changes once you enter that code. If you're asked for a second code, check your current inbox too, which confirms the change is really you.

Sign-in codes are 8 digits and arrive by email. Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. Codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if it's been a while. If you used Sign in with Apple with "Hide My Email," sign in with Apple again instead of typing an email.

Once your order shows as delivered, open it in the app and tap Report a problem on the order screen. That flags the order for our team to review. If it hasn't arrived yet or you can't open the order, email us with your order number.

You can report a listing from its product page, and report or block a brand or user from their brand page or from your conversation with them. Blocked users can't message you. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or ban accounts that break our rules. If a listing copies your brand, design or photos, see Intellectual property complaints.

Payouts go through Stripe. You're paid for each order once the carrier confirms delivery and the short buyer review window has passed, minus Coveted's seller fee. Set up or check your payout account from the Seller Dashboard in the app.

Brand announcements are off until you choose to receive them. Turn them on or off any time in Settings > Notifications. Order and shipping updates are separate and always reach your Activity tab; to stop all push notifications, turn them off for Coveted in your iPhone's Settings.
